You Don’t Have to Wear ALL the Hats
Posted on December 10, 2021

“But I’m a million different people from one day to the next. I can’t change my mold No, no, no, no, no” -The Verve

As a business owner, you may wear all the hats!  You’re the salesperson, customer service rep, the IT department, and the main talent.  It can get exhausting!

In a new business, this is totally normal.  But as you grow, this level of weight on your shoulders can not be maintained.

Burnout is an epidemic in our country right now.  Think about it…when a singer goes to perform on stage she has not spent the entire day setting up the stage, making sure the lighting is perfect, doing sound checks, setting up ticket booths and seating, and preparing the concessions.  No!  She is there to sing and prepares herself for that.

At a certain point in our business, we need to treat ourselves like the talent that shows up on stage.  We need to create that support system to have everything ready for us to show up and shine our magic.

You all have magic!  That’s why you started your business.  The more you preserve your magic the more you can share it.

Let’s work together to take some of the weight off your shoulders.  Let me help keep you in your zone of genius.  I have high-level 1:1 containers that give you monthly support to keep you on track.  I also have a 90-minute 1:1 intensive if you just need the space to hash out some things, create some templates, or get your strategic plan worked out.

Message me and we’ll chat!  Check the link in my bio for some FREE resources.  I want to help you spread your magic.  Let’s do this together- because your success is inevitable!
