My friend @allijeanjean asked me.

We were having ☕️ one Sunday morning before the pandemic.

I thought for about 3️⃣0️⃣ seconds before I answered, “I would get a facial every month @Rockbeautychs.”

As a mom of 3, this seemed WILDLY indulgent! Between the time to get the facial and the cost of it, this was my “made it” goal.

I tell you this because we can have BIG money goals but if we aren’t going to enjoy that 💰….what’s the point?

{And I am a saver- I’m not saying don’t be smart with your money.}

I AM saying, if you have big revenue goals, how are you going to enjoy that revenue? Write it out. ✍️

As a mom, we can be SO programmed to put our family’s needs, our church’s needs, and our kid’s school needs first. Let’s think about how we can use our income to take care of OURSELF.

It’s still a stretch for me but I’m scheduling those monthly facials! When I do, my brain celebrates that I’ve “made it”. Those monthly facials tell my brain that I reach my goals and I get to treat myself. 💆🏻‍♀️
