I’ve been at this business thing for TEN years now…a full decade!  

And 5 years ago, I had a realization in my business that 3X’d my revenue without 3Xing my workload or sacrificing my most important job as a mom!  It’s something I wish I had learned sooner.

Because for a long time….I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t increase my monthly cash.

Since I’ve experienced this first-hand, I can always tell within minutes why fellow Mom-owned businesses are struggling, stuck, or have slowed down.

And MOST of the time, it’s not actually for the reasons she thinks.  It’s not typically that she just doesn’t know what she’s doing or needs ‘the secret’ (and if anyone says they have the ‘secret’, please run far away from them!). 

It’s not typically that she needs more marketing (though please make sure you’re marketing!).  

And it’s not typically that she needs more processes (although I am ALL for some SOPs to make life simple).  

It’s typically something so much less obvious + so much more pervasive.  

It’s also the reason I was able to 3X my revenue, it’s the reason my clients go from $10k months to $25k months
