but I want to talk about WHY

First, a little backstory 👇🏼

I had a Mom’s prayer book years before my 3rd daughter was born.

The quote for her birthday, I’d read many times before, but after she was born it rocked me.

It starts with “That moment when Motherhood goes from a role to a calling….”

And I thought it was WILD that was the quote for her birthday—

Because I don’t know the ‘exact’ moment it happened but it did-

Being a mom became a calling…not just a bunch of related tasks I did in a day.

And I have this SAME feeling in business.

Somewhere during my 4.5 years of 1:1 coaching…
Somewhere in the hundreds of hours of client calls
The hundreds of hours of in-between session support

I stopped doing all the ‘coaching tasks’

And just BEcame a coach.
Stepping into this as a calling…not just a job.

At that moment, things just got so much more simple

And I realized that picking something I’m fully onboard with is the point!

There’s no longer a chasing energy.
Trying to just book the next client or get the next ‘win’

But just a quiet, daily, YES this is what I’m meant to be doing!

Chasing the $$, clients, or big launches will only get us so far.

But picking the thing you’re fully on board with…

Makes showing up daily so simple,
Makes taking the actions feel like ‘of course I do this’
And makes even the ‘hard days’ feel worth it and like there is a POINT to it all.

Having a calling, a higher ‘Why’ or whatever you want to name it

Just works.

Let yourself chase what lights you up
Not just what you think will make $$ the fastest!
