Here are the 3 main software recommendations you need for your business!
-QuickBooks Online: This is my favorite bookkeeping software- hands down!
It integrates easily with your banks and credit cards. It’s always updated. It’s simple. You can invoice clients. You can set up budgets and have easy-to-read reports. It’s cheap- pricing is $26-$39/month if you’re a client of mine and get wholesale pricing. Otherwise, it’s $50-$80/month after the 3-month discount.
Note: I DO NOT recommend: the Simple Start plan, tracking inventory there, or running payroll through it.
-Gusto Payroll: This is the payroll software you want to use. It’s cheap and it’s easy! The Core plan is $39/month plus $6/per employee. They file all payroll returns for you. You can track time in it. You can upgrade your plan to include HR services as well. Your employees have access to all their documents 24/7.

-A good Point Of Sale system: There are lots of them out there so this may depend on your industry. I think Square is a good one in general. Here are some industry-specific POS systems:
Food & Bev- Toast & Clover
Coaching- Square and Dubsado
