Understanding numbers isn’t enough…I want my clients to have more CASH to take home as a result of our work together.
As of January 1, 2023 I’m implementing a Revenue Share Model.
So instead of raising my rates to match the level of my experience and to reflect my demand, I’m using a model that means I only get paid a “raise” when my clients get paid more.
When my clients take home 90% more from working together, I’ll get paid 10% more, instead of just raising rates across the board.
Especially since I love meeting business owners where they’re at.
👉 I want everyone to have access to advisory services and high-level 1:1 *especially* when they’re new and starting out.
👉 This model keeps the standard rate and grows with these new (and seasoned) business owners as they grow.
The Revenue Share Model has been used by other established leaders in my industry and felt like the obvious next step (it’s also used in other industries like the entertainment industry and athletics where people have agents).
I think it’s such an amazing even exchange of energy! Instead of raising my rates to the “normal” rates for coaches or advisors (running around $3000/month), I’m raising my rates based on a % of the new revenue my clients make from our work together.
I ❤️ the work I do with my clients and I ❤️ when they make more money- it’s literally what I’m here to support them with.
