Literally, we found ONE mistake that would have cost our client over $17k! 😳

Our client’s customer paid via an ACH draft through an Intuit invoice.

Except it never went through! This is their busy season so there are lots of high amounts coming in and going out.

We saw the deposit in QBO but couldn’t find it in the bank….anywhere.

We notified our client, they called their customer and their customer FedEx’d the $17k right away (fortunately this was an honest/amicable customer).

I always say our Advisory & Bookkeeping services “pay for themself” but in this case, I have actual proof!

Sometimes I feel like I’m a little…what’s the word…neurotic? 😅

That may be a strong word but needless to say, this 💯% validates the systems & processes our team uses.
