That’s how I squeeze in my 40 hours of continuing education to keep my CPA active.

There are SO many rules for CPAs and we’re held to high standards. We’re dealing with money and the trust that the public has in our industry is KEY.

I could go into ALL the rules surrounding cont education but I’ll spare you! 🙏🏻

The main takeaway? I’m finished for the year! 🎉

Getting my CPE each year is like being pecked to death by chickens. 🐓

I do every single hour at a time (or 1.5 hours at a time).

As a mom of 3 girls, that’s what fits into my schedule. It’s tedious. It’s constant. It’s a lot of paperwork (printed on the back of my kids schoolwork🤣). But I do it.

I do it because I love what I do and this is part of it. ❤️

I don’t have to keep my CPA active for the services I offer.

➡️ But it’s important to me to show my clients the hoops I will jump through for knowledge and the standard of work that we provide.

I didn’t just ‘decide’ to be a bookkeeper and open up shop.

➡️ I have a history of accounting knowledge and experience.

I’ve been called a 🦄 because of my left brain side combined with my focus on mindset and energy. Not many advisors/coaches have both and I love providing this unique perspective! 🎉

What unique perspective do you bring to your clients?
