Hi, I’m Jordan!
Ten years ago, I started this business to provide QUALITY bookkeeping to business owners who were overwhelmed by these tasks.
I’ve seen the so-called “bookkeepers” out there (hairdressers who started a business because they did their own books) and know there is SUCH a need for someone who not only knows bookkeeping but knows YOU and your business.
We are not a bookkeeping factory; we intentionally keep our roster small, with clients who value these relationships and love having us as their TEAM and in their back pocket.
Some clients have been with me for 5-10 years. We know their CPAs. We communicate with their tax preparers on their behalf.
We know our clients and the best way to support them and get them the information they need because they are SO BUSY.
I’m a previous CPA, previous ProAdvisor, I majored in accounting, and worked in public accounting and industry for over 5 years.
Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. I’m a PREVIOUS CPA and PREVIOUS ProAdvisor.
These certifications were great in the beginning, but now, after ten years and being in my clients’ books DAILY.
I see these certifications as a way to keep bookkeepers busy staying certified. These certifications may look great ‘on paper’ but in NO WAY make up for our breadth and width of DAILY experience with hands-on bookkeeping.
Our clients are in all different industries, are at different phases + stages of business, and we pride ourselves on supporting them in REAL time.
We support clients from $2k a month to $300k a month. Our clients have teams of 2 and teams of 20. We file sales tax. And support with A/R and A/P.
I prefer to let our DECADES of experience do the heavy lifting.

Our high-touch monthly services
All transactions entered and reconciled each month for bank, credit card, and line of credit accounts. Potential for sales tax submission and payment. We set up fixed assets and new loans.
We send monthly reports and are available for questions so that you have reliable numbers each month and know that you are ready for tax season!
You will have a dedicated, amazing bookkeeper who takes care of your books like they are her own. We make sure we ask questions to get everything entered correctly.
We are in your back pocket every step of the way. We answer questions and provide support that MOST bookkeepers just don’t have the time for.
We keep a SMALL roster of clients. Our clients care about their books + care that they have this high-touch, hands-on support.
We request W-9 forms from vendors throughout the year and have them set up and ready for YE 1099 filing. Each January, we file forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC easily and timely for you!
the investment
The base rate runs anywhere from $250-$800/month (for multiple bank and credit card accounts as well as sales tax filing). An assessment OR in-depth conversation of your books will need to be done to provide a firm quote.
