{Side note}: We need both if we’re going to pay ourselves more!

Watching the % of each can give you so much information about your business!

We want revenue to ⬆️. We want net income to ⬆️.

Did you know they can both increase but watching the % increase of each tells a lot about the business?

If revenue has increased by 75% but net income only increased by 5%, guess what? We need to figure out why!

You’re selling more and working harder but not taking home more.

If we notice revenue and net income % s getting out of whack, we need to know sooner than later to get back on track!

We need to figure out if we need to increase revenue or decrease expenses (or both) and then figure out HOW to do that!

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer! It’s a matter of figuring out what works for YOU and YOUR business.
