Recently, I was talking to my sister and brother-in-law about how I love the music in Publix and am always jammin’ when I’m grocery shopping. They were like, “You notice the music in Publix?”

Uh….YES, I notice the music in all grocery stores and wherever I am. It’s kind of my thing. 🎶

It seems small. Dancing down the grocery aisle and signing while I’m shopping. But think about the ripple effect. 💃🏻

👉 Maybe someone sees me and it makes them laugh. Improves their day. 😂
👉 Maybe the checkout girl and I get into a conversation about a movie with that song in it. She shares that it was the first DVD she gave her dad. Maybe it inspires her to call her dad.
👉 Maybe when I leave, I text a friend that I heard a song that reminds me of her and that silly memory from middle/high school (one of the thousands of silly memories).

We never really know how powerful a moment can be. How we can change someone’s day. Move the needle on the trajectory of their life.

Our businesses can do that! How often do you think about that? Is that one of your first thoughts in the morning?

I know personally, it is a HUGE honor to own my business and serve my clients. I am grateful for them every day! I do have the best clients though. 😉

Let’s focus on serving the people we interact with. Uplifting their experience whether it’s buying a reusable razor or renting a golf cart. The big things in life and the small. Because the little things moments are what make our life.

This makes me think of the book, The Power Of Moments by Chip Heath. I love thinking about how small moments can make a big difference. How we can apply that principle to serve our clients and those we interact with.
